I found the weekly team meetings to be very valuable. They provided an opportunity for critique, knowledge sharing, getting feedback from the instructor and fellow students, and also to find potential solutions to any questions or problems I came across.

I would encourage someone to join, especially if they are a new graduate or a disgruntled 3D artist with some experience who aspires to work in the gaming industry but can’t land a position at a game studio.
